Pope did not say 'Rohingya' in Myanmar for that reason

In his speech, Pope Francis did not utter the word "Rohingya" once in Myanmar. However, he claimed to have 'respect for every ethnic group'. He has been criticized for his criticism. But why did this controversial decision, after a week after the incident explains the Pope.
Pope Francis said that the word "Rohingya" had already been pronounced due to dialogue with Myanmar leaders. He did not pronounce the word because he did not want to take the risk.
CNN's report said that when Pope Francis returned to the end of his visit to Bangladesh on Saturday, Pope Francis gave an explanation for his decision.

The Pope said, "If I used to pronounce the word, then Myanmar leaders would have blocked all the discussions on the face. I am thinking about this, but it is known to everyone. I did not want to give up the personal meetings. I am very satisfied with the meetings. And without speaking the word "Rohingya" I could reach the main message in the meeting.
Pope Francis said he visited Myanmar to discuss the Rohingya crisis. It was not possible for him to visit refugee camps due to his desire to go.

It is said in the report that when the organizers came with him to meet Rohingya members, they were not brought with due respect. It hurt him. He had listened to all the Rohingya members who came to meet him. He himself spontaneously commented.

Pope said, 'I cried when I heard them (Rohingya). But I tried to keep it secret. Because the Rohingya people wept for their plight.
Pope told reporters, the talks with Myanmar's army chief General Min Aung Hlaing were 'good'. He did not have any compromise to reveal the truth in the meeting. He received the message from Mr. Min Aung.

Pope Francis visits Myanmar on November 28 While not mentioning the Rohingyas directly, Pope pointed out his stance to protect the rights of ethnicity in the speech. Pope said Myanmar must be peaceful. This peace has to be brought based on the dignity and rights of every member of society.

Before speaking, Pope Francis met Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi. Su Chio did not mention directly to the Rohingya Muslims in his speech. But he acknowledged that the situation in Rakhine has 'attracted world attention'.
