I am one in a thousands of people witnessed steemit as a life changer and a great source of wisdom, knowledge, motivation and inspiration in life. I am an aspiring content creator currently living in Cebu, Philippines. I was brought up in a small province in Mindanao (Southern Part of Philippines) named Surigao City. We are seven in the family including my beloved parents. Living in the province has taught me so many things, how to work hard in order to survive, fight not just for myself but for the people around me, to give not because I have plenty but because I've experienced how it feels to have nothing. Truly, there's no such thing as perfect leader, but at least be that someone who can at least make that little difference to many lives. We have our different ways on empowering people and the community. And that's an enough reason why you should that potential within you out and take the lead.

I have been staying here in the Province of Cebu for almost 5 years now. I finished my studies and glad to have landed in some jobs right after graduation. And just recently, I have made one of the biggest decisions in my life and that is to quit my job. I decided to quit my stable job for the reason that it doesn't make me grow personally and makes me stagnant as a person. There's a piece of me seeking for quality time spending with the valuable people in my life. There's a piece of me seeking for an opportunity where I can showcase my abilities and later inspire other people. There's a voice within keep on telling me you can do greater than this. I am very glad steeem platform has opened so many opportunities to fulfill the missing links in finding oneself.

I do believe that learning and sharing your ideas from other people would help you to grow personally and professionally. Being far from my family and been staying in Cebu by myself, I was lucky enough to have discovered steemit for I was able to feel loved , understood and motivated by the people in the community. Along the journey, I have learned so many things and able to become a better version of myself with the help of friends and fellow steemians who have shared their knowledge and experiences in the platform. The warmth welcome and inspiration the community has given helped me to take an initiative to organize meet-up events, charity events and steem promotions one at a time. Thanks to @juvyjabian who helped us explain steemit with my friends and other newbies in the community. Together with me with these initiatives are my fellow CEBU STEEMIT BLOGGERS coordinators @fernwehninja and @bellatravelph.

I am also one of the @steemph.cebu core leaders. Steemph.cebu is a communal account of Cebu Community which actively seeks for good quality contents, supports and motivates the people living in Cebu. We provide contests and weekly features which give spotlight and rewards to our original and good quality content creators.

If given a chance to increase my voting power and influence, I would be more than glad to be of service in the community. I would actively seek for good quality content creators who have under rated posts and be more motivated to manually curate the people under the nest. Specially now that the numbers of people joining our group which is STEEMIT BLOGGERS on Facebook which currently has 1,273 members who are actively posting their blogs in the group page seeking for support.

I normally post about STEEMIT PROMOTIONS , EDUCATIONAL STUFFS, MOTIVATIONAL POSTS, TRAVEL POSTS, MEETUP EVENTS AND STEEMPH.CEBU COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES. Additional SP would be a great help already to motivate people in the community. Upvote is an upvote. No matter how small or big the value is. It could make someone feel supported and motivated to bring out the best in them for they know someones looking after them.
