Hello Friends,
This is my story on why I deserve a Steem Power delegation from anyone who will like to delegate. I am actually entering into the contest of @anomadsoul who is ready to delegate 2,000 Steem Power to four steemians who will qualified to get it (500 SP each). You can check out the post Here. Thanks @anomadsoul for this contest and I will like to tell other Dolphins/Whales on this platform to delegate to others too. This will make us grow together and as well make steemit a better place to be which enhance the growth of steemit.
What I do For Steemit
I have been on the great platform for just 85 days. I joined around October and since then, even when I am not getting any reward, I have a strong passion for it and a determination to make it grow if possible more than Facebook. Which I know is possible through all our efforts. That was when I saw @futurethinker's post on supporting the promoters and I pledged to join the promoters. Before then, I have been spreading the gospel of steemit/steem as soon as I joined because I see the potentials and after I joined the promoters, I still continue up till today. I do write posts about it but recently, I have not been writing about my #promo-southafrica but I continue to promote. I will soon start to write more about it. I make sure that I write a post in a day. I think i missed writing in a day twice and that was when I was sick. I know writing a post will help steemit to stay strong. Not only my post will help but a drop in the ocean still add to the volume of the water.
What I Blog About And Why I Write About It
If you are one of my followers/friends or have come to see my post before, you will notice that i blog mostly about christian-trail. I believe this is my call to spread the gospel of Christ to everyone and I am using this medium(platform) to do so. I do write on any other interesting topics that I like but Christian-trail is my major. Telling people about the love of God, How to face the battle with help of God and to gain the eternal kingdom of God. You can read more of my post about all this.

What I Am Doing For My Communities And Everyone Else
I am in 34 servers on discord. Yes you read right. 34 servers it was more than that then I withdrew from some which I know i am not active at all. I am not still that active in all 34 servers but I am very active in some of them. I will be mentioning few not to bore you.
My Most Active Servers And Those That I Believe They Deserve The Delegation Apart From Myself:-
#promo-steem- where I am one of the mentors who do assist the new members. We provide tutorials and workshops which anyone can attend. You can request for tutorials and feedback at any time. Also known as @promo-mentors on steemit. @futurethinker have just created this so to curate new steemians, potential authors and good authors.
#flaminghelpers- a server for christian fold where I am one of the admins. We are there to curate christian posts which are undervalued and are good contents. Also known as @flaminghelpers we are still new and also have been trying to buy steem delagation from minnowbooster but always rejecting us and blocktrades is not offering one yet.
#itestify- which I am the founder of the server. The server is still new but the aim is to curate testimony posts on steemit and other christian posts. She is known as @itestify.
#GirlPower- which Iam one of the moderators. this is a server for female folds on steemit who are coming together to promote the growth of women. Also known as @girlpower and founded by @limabeing.
#tpot- I am one of the two greeters on the server and i do check on our post promotion list to vote some post with quality content. @Tpot on steemit is always on the go to curate post that are being placed in the post promotion channels.
#steemitramble- a server where curation do take place twice on every Thursdays. I am one of the post nominators. This server was created by @shadowspub who is always curating on every post presented on the PYPT (Pimp Your Post Thursday)
#steemsugars- This is a server for women on steemit. The main aim of this server is to promote steemit to more women outside steemit and to bring them in. Having noticed that their are less females on steemit in the last SteemFeast by @meanmommy33, she decided to hunt for more females/women for steemit which other females including myself are in support of.
#air-clinic- a server created by @nairadaddy, aiming to bring free healthcare to all steemians & beyond. Free SBD/STEEM Giveaways in the weekly Health-based contests (now in its 7th week). Also known as @air-clinic on steemit.
#whaleshares- where I do attend every "promote your post live show" to curate good content on Thursdays and Sundays' night hosted by @freedomexists and "whaleshares curation" show on every Monday hosted by @nikflossus
These are few among the numbers of servers I am on.
I also help everyone that come to me for one advice or the other especially the new steemians and refer them to the appropriate server/person if I am unable to attend to them at that the time.
Among others characteristics, a good Steemian is someone who:
- Is not permanently Powering down - nothing wrong with powering down a few weeks if you need money, but permanently powering down means you don´t trust the platform and are not very committed to Steemit.
- Posts original and quality content - quality is subjective, but we all have a certain standard.
- Cites sources whenever part of the content does not belong to her/him.
- Tries to reply to the comments on his/her posts (I have to do this more often, bad Eric)
- Comments on other people´s posts and gives some feedback to the author.
- Does not selfvote more than once a day.
- Does not use bidbots to get votes - nothing wrong to use them once in a while to boost a good post or to promote an initiative or project, but come on, not on every post.
- Spreads his/her votes as wide as he/she can within their SP posibilities.
- Hangs out in some chat channels regularly.
- Approves at least 10 witnesses (30 would be better but well).
Am I A Good Steemian?
I won't say I don't violate any of this list, but I am not powering down and I did not plan to do so because I see the potential in Steem. The two times I sold out was when I wanted to prove to people I promote to that steemit is for real and and when I was giving a gift of Steem recently for my birthday which was to celebrate it.
I do write quality content and cite my sources/references appropriately, I do reply to my posts' comments, comments on other steemian's post and pertaining to self upvote, I am guilty of that because I do upvote myself more than once but not constantly.
I recently start using bots to upvote some of my posts. And it's just few of them because the reward was so low and the recent I did which was the highest one was to promote the post. Yesterday, i was calculating the reward giving by bots and i concluded that it's not even profitable at all. So I decided to never use bot constantly. Also, one of the main reason why I use bot is to increase the reward of my posts' curators.
So judge it if I am a good steemian.
How I Will Use Any SP Delegated To Me
This is easy. Like I said before that I come in contact with a lot of post from the communities I am in and even those that are not in my communities (posts from steemit at large), I will be curating worthy contents no matter what the content is all about in as much as it is a quality one. This will help me out in fulfilling my goal to help out those authors that has good content but are rewarded less than expected especially the new steemians.
Also, I will stop upvoting my post and leave it to the steemians to do justice to my posts.
A special nomination for @itestify, which will curating testimonies/Christians' posts since steemit curators don't curate them not to be bias.
I am @itestify. As my name implies, I am a support project to all who wants to share their testimony on #steemit and I am created by @seyiodus.
My creator believes in the word of testimony because the bible says we overcome by the word of our testimony in Revelation 12:11.
logo created with canvas
My earnings will be converted in to SP to support all testifiers. If you have a testimony, don't hesitate to share it to the glory of God using #itestify as your primary tag for easy location for me to support you.
What is My Vision?
To build a community of testifiers where they will be free to testify without being shy of people looking at them but they will still thank God for what He has done for them. Most people have a lot of testimonies to share but they do shy away thinking of what people will think of their testimony. No testimony is small or big. The aim is to thank God for what we have and what we are yet to receive.
What Is My Mission?
My mission is to curate testimony posts under #itestify. To encourage people to testify to the Glory of God on what He has done for them or what He's doing presently just like they testify in churches and among friends, and to empower and support all who are testifiers.
How Will I Operate?
I will be used to:
- curate testimony posts of all kind,
- Manually upvote posts that are under #itestify
- Manually upvote testimony posts that are not under my tag (if seen).
- Resteem all testimony posts.
Note
- To ensure that your post is seen by me, please use #Itestify.
- Sending of tips for the purpose of upvoting your post will not be accepted. Rather, You can kindly donate the tips toward the buying of SP for curating the community.
- Delegation as well as donation is welcome.
My Supporters and Call for Support
@flaminghelpers and the community
@stevenmosoes

The "here" can be You. Your support will be appreciated.
My earnings will be used to power up and use to support testimonies' posts. Follow, upvote, resteem.
You can also support by upvoting posts in #itestify
You can contact my creator @seyiodus on discordapp.com(DM) and steemit.chat for more information. Any suggestions, recommendations and advice is highly welcome.

Thanks to @anomadsoul for his heart of giving and to those who are doing the same and those who will do it later.
Here's the deal. I'm not Christian. In fact, I'm a total heathen against the will of my father RIP. A lot of @teamgirlpowa are not. And yet, @seyiodus has hung in there. Including us in her efforts, joining our meetings that dont fit her schedule, and being a loving and warm face/contact to our newer members. Whenever i get a Christian person contacting me for mentorship (as i often do) i tell them im a heathen and they should reach out to @seyiodus or @simgirl ! 😂🤷♀️
Shes an amazing woman and will definitely do great work with her delegation!! Huge cheers to @anomadsoul for making such a contest. Hope some day i get to the point where i can do the same!!
Tldr? I vote for @seyiodus !!

I agree with @limabeing, seyiodus is one of the most dedicated steemian I have encountered. She has helped me enormously with growing promo-mentors.
Not only is she in my group, but in a short amount of time she joined many other groups in which she is also active. She is a very kind hearted women, who takes time to find newcomers to steemit and also show them the way to my group or other groups.

Nice post and I love your spirit of positivity. I would personally say that many items in the list of what makes a good Steemian do not go far enough. It is my personal opinion that all forms of paying for upvotes are categorically bad for Steem and should be avoided like the plague. They only serve to concentrate wealth further in the pockets of some of the biggest whales (who delegate the SP to the vote providers). Even in the case of minnowbooster where the reward payout is calculated correctly so that a small profit is realized when you buy a vote, the whole thing stinks to high heaven. Vote power is a renewable resource - it replenishes naturally - it is meant to be given freely. Paying money for votes perverts the intended reward mechanism and also gives a terrible picture of the platform to newcomers, who are told in essence that you have to pay to earn here. This is a terrible look for the platform. Sorry to go on a rant here in your comments but I can tell that you have a true desire to comport yourself here in an ethical and Christian fashion - to me, there is absolutely nothing Christian about selling votes if you want to look at it from that perspective as well. What would Jesus do? Well I can tell you for sure that Jesus would not sell his vote power. We should all think twice about the kind of behaviors we are supporting when we enable vote selling.
Much love - I am following you now and will support your posting :)
Cheers - Carl

Your words proyect the love you have for steemit and for the people. I can feel related, since I'm working with the hispanic comunity being only 35 days on steemit and knowing how is it to have strong needs, and never letting those needs affect the ligth we share here. I'm not crhistian, but I believe in human kind and what they are all able to do together, and I believe, the same as you, in what this platform can do for others.
I don't need to tell you to keep sharing the ligth, you already do it even when it's not intended <3

Yaaay! Who else am I going to support to get this delegation, if not @seyiodus. I have never met a more dedicated Steemian, who puts helping new members above his/her own self. She has immensely helped new members of the community who were confused, one of whom I am.
She is very active in communities, especially charitable ones and I am CONFIDENT she will utilise this delegation wisely. My vote is on @seyiodus
