This question kept me thinking if an individual will be judged after departing this earth.
If we should re-think the question above, the answer is obvious. There is really no much reasons to visit other countries but Countries are political (generally) constructions that have little meaning or more.
What you need to do to visit other countries or expose yourself to other people cultures.
Every culture is different, and every culture has its value attached to them that makes them unique.
They are born into a culture and others should be able to have an avenue to learn from them.
You have exactly one life the best combination of beliefs, practices, expectations, values, and relationships approach "culture" collectively as possible to find or create one.

On a serious note, if I have been given birth to and brought up in such countries, is it my fault? but if I should stay grown old in such countries with such hardship and lacks every single good thing in life without traveling out of my home-country to experience others, Hmmmm! Are you sure, that Angel Gabriel won't relate this questions or issues to God table for a special treat about you and me? That, as big, wide and vast as the Earth, You didn't take a step to travel out of your country of birth, even to the close neighboring countries before departing the earth? I kept imagining what our responses will be like. Or Should I say it's my fault?
To my opinion, it will be proper to for a body or organizations to take up this challenge up to let people from each country to visit each other and to learn new things about themselves and the country in general.
