Ingredients for Solution:
1/2 cup gram flour (gram flour) 1 cup sour buttermilk 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Ingredients for tempering:
1 tsp sesame seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds (mustard seeds) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 green chilli, chopped into fine pieces 10-15 curry leaves 2 tbsps grated coconut 4 tbsps finely chopped coriander 2 tbsps + 2 tsp oil
Method for making Khandavi roll:
Take gram flour, butter, turmeric powder and salt in a large bowl. Make sure to mix it well with hand blender (or mathani). Keep in mind that there is no lump in the solution. Invert a large plate or plate and grease it on the back surface (or over the foil) and keep it aside. Put the solution on a heavy bottom and cook on low flame. Keep running. Cook until it becomes thick and the raw flavor of groundnut does not come. It will take about 8 minutes. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a small saucepan for tempering. . Insert a rye in it When the rye starts snapping, put cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and let it cook for 30-40 seconds. Put the sesame seeds and when the mole starts to crack, remove the rubbish from the gas. Prepared ready to put on top of the khandwi roll. Sprinkle coconut and chopped green coriander on top of it. Serve it with green coriander sauce or garlic sauce.
Khandavi's noodles method:
Follow steps 1-4 above and prepare the solution. Let the solution cool for a few minutes (about 4-5 minutes). Take the machine to make the service and keep a thick fiber trap in it (forged mesh). Smooth the inner surface of the machine and with lattice oil. Put the solution in it and shut it down with the machine. Turn the machine handle into a smooth plate (like a chuckle, by the way). Allow the noodles to cool for 3-4 minutes. Now break the noodles into small pieces and put them in a serving bowl. Follow Step-8 to make a temperate and put it on top.
