In this Atlas Intel poll of the second round of the Romanian presidential election, Georgescu leads Lasconi 47-43%, but yet 62% of Romanians want to maintain a pro-European and pro-Western policy.

For context Georgescu is pro-Putin and Lasconi is pro-EU.

Lasconi beats Georgescu 57-40% on keeping Romania in the EU and 57-41% on keeping Romania in NATO.

Make it make sense. What is happening to people around the globe?
