PSD and PNL wouldn't have been able to form a coalition government on their own. So the real question was who would join.
These parties have significant differences, so it might be a difficult coalition. But the Russia/Georgescu fallout has united them somewhat.
With the presidential election annulled, the presidential campaign will start over. Still an open question who will be the president.
