Lio, quite and withdrawn, finds it difficult to connect with others due to his condition: faceblindness, an inability to recognize and remember faces. He then meets Shana, a beautifully free spirit who changes his life.
The movie was all about love, acceptance and forgiveness. It shows that love has no boundaries, despite of Lios' condition, Shana unconditionally love Lio. She accepted the condition of her boyfriend. Acceptance also for Lio accepted the world that Shana was in before their relationship. It taught me that at the end of the day love will find ways if you really love each other. And it says that you live in the present not on your past.
The movie also shows how a memory can make a heart remember all the joy and aches.
