Big appliances
I have a number of other useful appliances in the room to help with quality of life. For temperature I have two large pedestal fans, that each have three heads for adjustable and multidirectional airflow. The fans can all be controlled individually and can be rotated in two axes independently of one another. My Kogan portable air conditioner is a new addition to my room, giving me much greater control over the temperature of the room generally. It also has a fan function but most importantly has a dehumidifier function to take out moisture from the air (you can see the buckets next to it).
This, of course, is my Dyson V6, which I reviewed in an earlier post. I've been using it generously since I bought it and it's great for reaching into all the nooks and crannies that a normal vacuum has trouble reaching. There have been no problems with it so far and I'm very happy with the purchase!
To the right there is my air purifier, the single most important appliance I have. It's so important that it gets to live on the desk! The purifier helps remove dust and fine particles from the air. I have it on the desk to get it to around nose height where my breathing range usually is. This one is by Honeywell and it is powerful enough to circulate air throughout the entire room, although I usually use it on the lowest setting for long periods of time (days).
Small appliances
In that image above is my aroma diffuser. This one I bought for the form factor and portability (it's good for use in cars and came with a car charger). It doesn't last super long since the water tank is a bit small but it diffuses the essential oil I have pretty well and it makes the room smell really nice. I use an oil blend called 'Zest', which is a mix of citrusy scents to give the room a refreshing aroma which perks up my senses.
You can't see it too well but this is my gaming mouse. It's the Steelseries Rival 310 and it's the best and most comfortable mouse I've ever used. I bought it because its a large mouse and I'm used to big mice after my experience with the Razer Deathadder, which I was considering getting another one of.
I only recently received these: the Bose Soundsport Free true wireless headphones. I've been using them constantly since I got them because they have no wires and are really useful whilst I'm at work. I don't want to write too much because I plan to make a full post about them soon, so stay tuned!
