Rosehip - Rōsa - Шиповник - #ccc

This morning, I brought the children to school and on the way back I stopped near an old, abandoned park. I did not know that I would meet on my way. I rubbed the lens of the camera and went into the forest.

Autumn has already begun to conquer its territories and, as it seemed to me at first, I will not find anything interesting here. I was wrong, it took me a little deeper into the forest and the first pictures found my hero.

It was a Rosehip bush.

I'm sure many people have already written about the dogrose, but many wrote about the discovery and conquest of America and each has its own story. This way I will go.

So, the dog rose. This is a relative of roses. You can see this if you look at his flower during the flowering period. In this article, these are the two latest photos. There is an option to see this even in winter, the thorns of the dogrose, for which he received this name, will not spare your hand, or your leg, like the thorns of roses.

It is a perennial plant, shrub. It grows quite high and wide. When you make your way through the forest, and you only have one path, it's not very pleasant when you are blocking the way the overgrown Rosehip. When I was a hunter, I often tore clothes in his undergrowth, pheasants like to hide in such a natural fortress.

There are many kinds of Rosehip. I did not meet cultural species, but I met about five or six species wild. The color of stems, flowers and berries differs. The shape and color of the flowers is different. But, all this is a Rosehip.

Rosehip is widely used in medicine, it is a very powerful source of vitamin C and other vitamins. We can say that this is the main source of industry, which specializes in the production of vitamin products.

I will say so, I have not tried jam from hips, I have not tried mashed potatoes from it, but I often make tea. for this I specifically bought a large thermos.

About a third of a glass of dried rosehip, a sprig of dry mint, sugar, I put 6 tablespoons for three liters of boiling water, then you can dilute it with boiled water, and you get a magic drink.

My whole family loves this drink. These three liters end too quickly. But, it is often impossible to drink such a drink. It increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood and increases blood clotting. If you are hypertensive, then you need to drink this drink very dosed.

Inflow of energy is very much felt after drinking a glass of this tea.

For brewing tea, you can use fresh rosehips, but, I prefer using dried berries. The drink turns out to be more saturated with color and aroma.

From the petals of the rosehips you can cook jam.

Rosehip, this honey plant and its bees are very fond of. In our region, the Rosehip blooms in May. The flowers of the dog rose, which you saw in the photos, were photographed on May 16 this year. And the fruits were photographed today. They can still ripen.

This bush grows in the city and has already harvested. This is not good. The fact is that there is more harm than good. Lead and heavy metals, from the exhaust gases of cars, do not choose which plant they should settle on. Any herbs, berries and mushrooms, it is better to collect far from the city and motorways.

It will be many times more useful for your body!
