REDFISH RALLY CURATION CHALLENGE - November 2019
This is my first time entering their Redfish Rally Curation Challenge. The person I've chosen to highlight is @bhattg, a participant in the November Redfish Rally Contest.
He submitted a post entitled "The Smiling Face". In his post, he attempts to explain the effects of smiling compared to frowning. The picture below that he chose to represent his post depicting the two opposite emotions is visually compelling for his subject matter.
@bhattg also compiled over 10 notable quotes from respected individuals worldwide representing a spectrum of philosophies. These quotes expound on the meaning of "smiles" and "smiling". The quotes also remind you why you should smile. To @bhattg these quotes are "beautiful", and he thinks worthy of sharing. I think so too.
@bhattg believes that people forget when they encounter others how they are perceived. Your facial expression, whether happy or sad, leaves with the person you encounter two totally different views of you.
I like @bhattg's post because I feel he's not speaking to any particular group of individuals. I also feel that the message of "smiling" he is trying to convey, rather than being sad, is universal.
