Что происходит с организмом в жару?

Почему газировка и холодная вода не помогают? А что тогда пить?

"Это лето кастаньет"-2018 бьёт температурные рекорды.

Давненько не было так жарко. Может, хуже было только летом-2010. Когда горели торфяники, и над Москвой удушливый смог дополнялся непереносимой жарой.

Это лето звенит расплавленным зноем асфальта, покрывает потом кожу, размазывает дикую радость футбольного мундиаля.

ЧТО ЖЕ ДЕЛАТЬ, ЧТОБЫ ЖАРА ПЕРЕНОСИЛАСЬ ЛЕГЧЕ?

Не пить газированные напитки!
Не пить ледяную воду
Не пить обычную пресную воду. Минералка - лучше!
