England and British & Irish Lions winger, Jack Nowell, is set to make his return from injury as Exeter Chiefs host Bath at Sandy Park.
The 24-year-old required two operations to repair small fractures to his cheekbone and eye socket, and his facial surgery meant that the Cornishman did not feature in England's autumn internationals. Rob Baxter, Exeter head coach, has said that "He's trained fully this week and he's done contact training".
Prop Harry Williams and No. 8 Sam Simmonds also return from England duty, and Baxter now has a wide depth of players to pick for his matchday 23. A very nice problem to have for any coach.
Exeter will be looking to put even more pressure on Saracens (beating them 18-20 last weekend) who have now lost four straight Aviva Premiership matches and have truly lost their grasp on the top spot. Bath will also be looking to gain points in their short trip to Sandy Park as Gloucester (who host London Irish at Kingsholm) will no doubt be thinking of nothing other than a bonus point victory - which could see Bath falling out of the top 4.
Not a game to miss!
