This was not a huge surprise, as the .44 Mag pounds through the Corsair HDD. As we've mentioned before, it seems that older HDDs were made of weaker materials, allowing for easier penetration by FMJ Projectiles. This is a perfect example of a powerful round punching straight through an object that was not designed to withstand this level of force. After all, there was a time when the .44 Magnum was regarded as the most powerful handgun in the world!
