For example, if you set the timer on the coffee pot the night before or pick up the dry cleaning before you need them? The habit of thinking for a few hours – or even days – in advance will save you stress in the future and to increase your productivity, because you don't have to spend time searching, repairing and creating things in the moment when you need them.
