Change of plans

In second part of July I will have physical tests. It is very important for me and I have to change my plans. I have to improve my strength and condition, but I have only two months to change my results. I will add to my training running and swimming.

My new targets :

  • pull ups - 21 reps
  • running 10 x 10 meters - 28.0 seconds
  • running 1000 meters - 3 minutes
  • swimming 50 meters - 32 seconds

I will run 2-3 times , swim 1-2 times in week. Soon I check my form and add my results.
