I considering some way to get my self really motivated, I want to start running, and get fitter, so here is where steem gets in the picture...
I will make an update each time i run, with weekly weightings, and with likes comments or even donations, you fuel my motivation for the next run...
Hopefully i can take this far enough to bring me down 20'ish kgs...
and BTW i'm going to become a father again yeah
