Sun is always there. Even when it is not clearly visible. And strength is also there, even after half-marathon... It was the day after Saturday's half-marathon and I really felt fine! I do not have any muscle pain or other negative consequences connected with the race. So I guess I am fit and fine and I am entering next phase in my daily running. Next planned race is in September, but very likely I will find another half-marathon in August in Northern Europe.
Sundays are good days.
My first post-half-marathon run was better than one could expect.
