Hi @wolfje is graet that you run! is the better exercise! in Venezuela are tons of places to run! in fact there are places that have something call "ciclovias" is like tracks that you can go with your bike! is very nice! Stay healthy and you see that your life will change! keep it up! I give you a picture of one of the places, this is a view from Morro Lecheria, is a hill with 15 km
