Thank you, I am no where near this level, and every time I try to run just 1k I usually quit after 50m. But reading posts like this inspirational, always makes me go out and give it another try.

Make your goal that 1K and slow it down. Then make your goal 2K and so on and so forth. If you can run 2 you can run 5 and if you can run 5 you can run 8, and if you can run 8 then you can run 10. And so on and so on. Good luck
