I just finished a 5.824km run that lasted about 0hh:37mm:49ss !

Yesterday I was in full unconference mode. I helped run a day about public procurement - yeah, try that on for size. The people were really nice and interesting in a way that you might not immediately expect from the subject matter. We had a great venue and great food. And someone (not me) did a session on how running had made him a better procurement professional. Well it's certainly helping me. It felt so good to get down to the riverbank first thing this morning and then plod round the almost six km. I'm talked out, but this made me start to feel human again.

You're getting quicker! Running can be a great way to rest your mind and get away from things.

I know! It's weird because it still always feels like my body won't go fast enough and then I look at the time at the end and ooh! It was just the reset I needed yesterday, but I had to have a little snooze in the afternoon!

You have uploaded 12 running activities, and 6 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 6 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 36.02 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:43 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6:29min/km!
Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work!

Great analysis

Thanks! Hoping to have some more automated analysis / reporting features soon!
