Back On Track - Under Construction (Day 19)

Another Day Another Run :)

After sunday's race, today I did a recovery run. I ran on a altitude of 2.761m for a hour long and it went pretty well, at the beginning a felt a little short on breathe but after 5 minutes I was feeling good and strong. I ran a faster speed also so I believe this I had to accostume to before finding me riddim. Now I'll be focusing on more strenght/speed training and also some core exercises and there is a upcoming 10km race at the end of the month that I am still evaluating if I will go.
