List of the food great for running :)
I will tell you something eating and running are very strongly correlated. I could go even further, the quality of running will depend on the food which you are eating or not eating at all. I would give you one very simple tip. Better not to eat at all than eat.
However if you are going to run for 30 or 45 minutes it is better not to eat at all, due to the simple fact that your body has enough energy to last this long, as when you are running your body is using energy from the stores. However if your plan is to work out or run for longer than hour it will be a good idea to eat food which will support you through the activity. Eating this food will keep your body fueled with enough energy to keep you going but not struggling.
Here is the list of the RUNNING FOOD - as eating them will give you the energy to run in the right way :)

Good topic!

Thank you :)
I did follow you as well :)
How long run you mean? Longer than 1 hour? Because I am not feeling hungry most of the time.

It's good that you like foods that are good for you after running. I mostly like things that are bad for me, like pizza and beer. Chocolate milk is my very favorite recovery item. It's kind of good for me :)

I was not very much attracted to high calories food really. I do like eat food which makes me feel good. So I am kind of selective with what I eat. Takes a time to build up the habit however definitely worth it.
