Faceplant The Earth Whilst Running

Woke up this Sunday decided to do some Yoga before going out on a run with Ember the dog.

Since I've quit smoking I've put on 9kg so I am trying to move more.

Anyway out in the woods I am, ready to run full pelt down the muddy leaf strewn path.

I run, I gather speed, there's a fallen log, slow down and attempt to jump it.

Shoe gets caught and down I go flying to the ground and kissing the earth.
