After my run on Wednesday, to read click on the link below:

I ached really bad! My thighs hurt, my calves hurt, my hamstrings and my back hurt. I don’t normally hurt after running but I think my body is not used to it as much as I was as I haven’t been running much lately. I forced myself to go out in the rain last night for a little 5k just to get my body moving. It was so warm and humid so I was actually glad it was raining. It was an ok run although a little uncomfortable as I’d had a big dinner about 2 hours previous and I do struggle with stomach problems after eating and running!
Here’s the stats off strava. As you can see the third kilometre was slow but that has a long incline.
To help with the training for The Great North Run I need a training plan, the one I had for London worked really well. If I follow a plan I tend to stick to it. I’ve only done 1 half marathon which I did in about 2 hours 7 minutes so it would be nice to improve on that although there will be a lot of runners so it might not happen. I’m not too bothered as I want to enjoy the race and enjoy the atmosphere. Any help on finding a training plan would be greatly appreciated as I’m struggling to find one I like at the moment. I only want to run 3 or 4 times a week.
Thanks for looking
