The second video in the WUU2K documentary series is up on YouTube

It’s slow progress getting the videos uploaded, almost as slow as my running. But one by one the videos are going up on YouTube.

This section takes you through the mountain bike park, and it is where the two races – the 42km and the 62km part company for a while.

I was intending on running just the 62km course, but a small error in navigation (which is not unusual for me) saw me run the 42km section first, so I had to go all the way back up the hill to the start of this section and run it again, making sure t take the correct turn this time.

It was a very big day out and I was pretty knackered by the end of it.

Thankfully in the actual race, I’ll only have to do this section once (assuming I don’t take a wrong turn again).

Wow. I'm really surprised that u went back to run it again. You've got some endurance. I also run about 5km a day and nothing more cos I don't have much endurance for very long distance runs but I still hope I can increase he distance of my runs.

I also want to ask how I can participate in your steemit ultra marathon game. I really want to win the and involved. Please let me know how I can join the marathon.

Thanks for that :-)

Yes, my endurance has increased a lot this year. Running up and down hills helps hehe.

I don't run every day, just three or four times a week and not every run is a long run. Most are only 10kms or so.

For the game, once i get all the videos up on YouTube I'll run another round of it, so keep an eye out for that :-) (probably next week)

I love the simplicity and freedom of running. A pair of shoes and you are all set to explore new trails.
