Snowy but not very cold Wednesday brought me to the park for an easy run. As these days park is full of skiers paths are covered in pressed snow and are extremely slippery. All the time from the beginning I wanted to run faster but I had to fight with my heart rate. According to my training plan I shouldn't exceed 142 bpm but pace on this heart rate would be about 7:30 min/km. It is way too slow for me. I don't have enough patience to run so slow. I know that slow running benefits are astonishing but it suffering for me.
8.3 km with average heart rate 147 bpm in 0:59:19 is ok for me.
I am planning to start one small game for runners but I still need few weeks to sort everything out. Stay tuned :)
