Hi steemians,
I did this training on Friday but I was too tired to post it Friday and I was busy as a bee on weekend. So I am posting this now :)
On Friday it was still winter in Vilnius but the temperature was above 0 so the snow was melting making the paths even more slippery.
7km easy run was a perfect way to clear my minds after busy week in work. I tried not to check my watch during the run to avoid pace adaptation to training plan. I just wanted to run. Anyway 70% of time my heart rate was in desired zone 2 and completed the run in 48:02 (6:50 min/km) with average heart rate 152 bpm.
Later I found a path which was clean (at least I thought so) to do 6x400m sprints. I am not sure what has happened during my first sprint. First 150 meters was downhill but this one was the worst of all 6 runs.
- 1:44.5 (4:20 min/km)
- 1:36.0 (4:00 min/km)
- 1:40.0 (4:10 min/km)
- 1:31.0 (3:48 min/km)
- 360 meters in 1:29 then my shoe lace untied and I slipped on wet ice
- 1:29.0 (3:43 min/km)
I am not happy about time differentiation but as it was done outside not in track & field I should see grade adjusted pace to make more conclusions.
Does any of my running followers tried to use milestone pod? If yes, could you give me your personal insights on that. Thank You

The day has only 23 hours and not 24, do you know why? Because one hour is booked always for running.
