Who is more off his or her rocker: the person who is voicing support for the Ukrainian militia while missing that there are small factions of people wearing Nazi symbols or the people who are placing significant focus on those factions?
The answer is pretty fucking clear.
There's nothing wrong with giving people a few reminders that not every Ukrainian fighter is a good person. It's just kinda dumb.
We have this odd tolerance for the hammer and sickle that we don't have for Nazi symbols despite communists and Nazis all being monsters. The Allied forces included the monster of the Soviet Union in the fight against the Nazis, not because Stalin was a good guy, but because at that moment in history Stalin wasn't trying to take over the world as aggressively as Hitler. We fought with Stalin and then we went right back to hating each other once we beat Hitler.
The Russians are trying to take over and make the Ukrainian people suffer. I would fault no Ukrainian for taking out a Russian soldier to save a Ukrainian wearing a Nazi symbol in this context.
The focus should be on the hope that Ukraine manages to win this fight. If and when Ukraine does win, the only country in the world aside from Israel with a Jewish president and a Jewish prime minister can go back to bothering with the Nazi minority. Until then, they need as many guns pointed at the Russian invaders as they can get.
