The insistence that it has been established by 17 Intelligence Agencies that Russia hacked the DNC and thus interfered in our election, does not withstand any critical examination.

•First, it assumes that revealing the truth regarding election fraud and conspiracy of a Campaign with media elements to provide one candidate an advantage over another, is a bad thing to do. Revealing it is BAD? No THAT's good. DOING it is bad, and NOT revealing it is bad, ergo, prosecuting or investigating the REVEALER and not the DOER is also bad.

•Second it assumes that a politician who commits fraud against American voters retains any right to run for and hold an office. Revealing a Candidate's disqualification from being eligible to hold office due to committing criminal actions not only isn't a crime, it is a fiduciary duty of any Patriot and more so by nature of the oath of office required by the Constitution for every person in government. How DARE ANY government entity vilify the act of telling the truth and exposing corruption, and preventing a Candidate guilty of crimes from taking the Office of President.

•It asserts as factual not information forensically retrieved by agents or investigators, but presented to investigators as factual by a company contracted by the entity just revealed as attempting to defraud the public through conspiracy and deceit. The chain of custody aspect can elevate or deflate the value of evidence in any case; in this case there never was custody, and prior to presenting the report of 'evidence' every piece of hardware belonging to the DNC was wiped clean of all data. Even cell phones were wiped. The report presented to the IC by DNC Contractor Crowdstrike is actually only hearsay.

•And finally, someone obviously wants people to forget that Wikileaks Vault 7 data dump revealed Intelligence Tools among which was one called Umbrage which allows a hacker to make the hack appear to have the 'fingerprints' of whoever they want the hack to be credited to.

NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES MEDIA AND POLITICIANS SAY THE RUSSIAN HACK HAS BEEN DEFINITIVELY PROVEN, IT IS STILL NOT TRUE.
The Politicians and Agencies don't want to be prohibited from using programs like UMBRAGE and WEEPING ANGEL by an outraged populace, so they have to let the narrative ride. So Congress is spending millions to investigate Russia interfering with our election.... Assume Russia did hack the DNC and release the emails which revealed that a Candidate had defrauded another Candidate of the Democratic Candidacy in the General Election.

America knowing one of our Candidates committed fraud against us interfered in our election. And they are really pissed off that We The People found out about the fraud in time.

Just that statement alone tells us that the people sitting in the driving seats of our government feel entitled to lie to us and manipulate us in any way they want. How could we possibly have faith in any investigation they conduct when their willingness to commit fraud is already established?

The specific focus of the inquiry following the Wikileaks revelations and the complete failure to focus on or investigate the heinous criminal actions that Wikileaks reveals, constitutes numerous prima facia instances of misprision of a felony at the very least and
which violate the interests of the Sovereign People for whom governments serve.

The ongoing actions and proceedings which are focused on the methods and identity of those persons who discovered and revealed that numerous wide spread and interconnected instances of malfeasance, fraud, electoral manipulation, embezzlement, espionage, possible murder and treason, have, as the express purpose of the proceedings, discovery of the identity and subsequent penal consequences to be meted out to those who revealed these crimes committed against us, while ignoring the vial criminality that was revealed.

Those individuals functioning in governmental capacity as well as the collective entity which composes the governmental body are funneling huge portions of our assets into criminally pursuing those who have acted in the best interests of WE THE PEOPLE by revealing crimes being committed against us, and simultaneously as an apparent matter of policy and practice displaying willful disregard of horrific criminal acts which are feloniously injurious to the Sovereign People of this Union.

WE THE PEOPLE remind those functioning within the governing structure of this Union, that ALL Sovereign authority rests with WE THE PEOPLE. The Ninth Amendment makes clear that the naming of specific natural rights protected by the Constitution, places no limitations on additional rights which WE THE PEOPLE deem it needful and necessary to define and assert.

Notice is hereby served to all those individuals, separately and collectively, who have been elected, appointed, employed, Commissioned, drafted or in any other manner selected to function in governmental service for these United States, that you are in breach of the fiduciary duty with which you are charged and contractually bound and for which you shall be held accountable. It is necessary that immediate action be taken to adjust the necessary legislation that will immunize those who reveal government and political malfeasance of any and every sort to the Sovereign American People, and it
