so it sounds like article 282 would find speech of intolerance towards Russia or its people a violation. Seems to me like many US politicians may be in violation of this. Could the authorities in Russia please come take them away? LOL

    The authorities of Russia can only harm citizens of Russia. And on the rest they do not have enough authority.
