Ah Russia, why we can't just get along and respect each other as nations......welp, that ain't happening anytime soon as it sounds like Russia had the absolutely fantastic idea of putting a bill in place to ban VPN's, Proxy's, and probably any other security measure that would prohibit a contractor of a foreign state from feeling safe...like safe at all when it comes to accessing their computer, the web, their phone, heck, anything that goes "beep" for that matter. Russia, get with the picture, we aren't perfect here in 'Merica and wouldn't say we're doing anything different.

Here's a thought since we aren't able to do it ourselves, set a standard for the love of god, it may be a wise move being that your country is viewed by pretty much the whole world as a bunch of Hackers that have nothing better to do than negatively affect the global economy. Which, by the way, without such economy your Hackers would be forced to chop big rocks into little rocks over, and over, and over again...Gulag style.
