Question for you: do you recall the DoD or SpyGuy who spoke on Drumpf's NSS to the tune of "trade policy, and aggressive diplomacy are going to be considered acts of war.

I thought it was Mattis, but I can no longer find the quote.

The US Establishment is trying to make diplomacy and traditional statecraft into acts of war.
