Untuk kurus korang kena tahu, berat badan kita ni akan turun by 2 things :
- Pemakanan
- Senaman
Pemakanan gave us 80% and senaman ni only 20%.
Long make short, kalau korang jaga makan and tak bersenam, boleh je turunkan berat badan tapi takes time lah. Sebab tu biasanya orang yang betul betul nak kurus ni jaga makan dan bersenam. By that, cepat sikit kurus.
Let's make an example
- Kita jaga makan ala kadar je, around 40% dan senaman pun buat 3-4 kali seminggu, 10%. So, we got 50% a week and can burns around 1-2 kg *kot 😂
