Sad Times for Population Earth?

The Earth is not dying. The human race is dying. The Earth will go on and on until it’s eaten by our not so spectacular Sun or obliterated by a massive planet impact, sometime in the future. But this could be billions of years in the future.

Yet the human race is dying. We will become extinct and we are told that this is inevitable, just as millions of other species throughout this lovely planet’s history have become extinct. But there is no reason for it. In all of Earth’s history, as far as we know, there has never been another species that can adapt and manipulate its environment for the continuation of its and most other species and the advancement of its race. If the will was there we could have a beautiful future. But instead we are going to die out. Or just a select few will survive along with some slaves.

There are many billions of good souls that inhabit this planet, but just a few nasty bad ones that run it. The good, trusting souls have let the psychopaths and sociopaths rise to the top and they have now entrenched themselves. They use greed to entice and make sure their bidding is done. They use politicians to carry out their political ends because the politicians are corrupt, or are being blackmailed. They are above the law, because the law is corrupt, or being blackmailed. They use the military to threaten because the military is corrupt, or being blackmailed. A sweeping generalisation I know, but not all are bad.

The environment is being ravaged for profit. The jungles of the world are being eradicated. The seas are dumping ground for trash or rubbish and toxins. War is waged incessantly. Religious fanaticism and fundamentalism is being stoked to fever pitch. Near genocide is being metered out in the Middle East. Can we see a pattern forming here? Well many people can, but they are called conspiracy nuts.

Where does it stop? It stops by either the eradication of the human race or it stops by the removal of those psychos and socios at the top. But how can this possibly be achieved without them chucking around thousands of nuclear bombs and eradicating us all, just because they can’t have power, nobody will?

The Earth will not die it has survived worse events than this in its long history.

Will the human race really die? Good question…..
