As sadness take over you, every way you feel sad, and down. tears flowing for no reason. Loose interest in daily life are signs of depression. Most of us know but when you are in that dark time. It's so hard to pull out. We all look for someone else help. Not every one lucky to get help during that moment's. Just ask questions to your self why I am I going through all this. Sit alone stay calm you will find answers and strategies to help your self. Meditation every day add to your daily routine. Get help from medical professionals. Do not suffer alone. God gave us life to live with joy and happiness.
