Screwdriver Story

Once upon a time long ago there was a girl that didn't make safe decisions. One night after missing the last public bus her boyfriend told her that she needed to figure out how to get to somewhere and he wasn't helping so she decided to walk. While cutting through an apartment complex at 1:30am 3 gentlemen noticed her walking. They started calling out but they were speaking Spanish so she didn't understand much but a few choice words. She kept walking trying to ignore them but they got up and started following her. She quickened her pace but that only seemed to quicken theirs. Out of fear she started running and jumped off of the curb in to the oncoming traffic. Luckily she wasn't hit but a car did swerve to miss her and pulled over to see if everything was all right. He called out "Miss are you alright?" Feeling out of options she approached the car and spoke with the man. He offered her a ride. Now no one should get in the car with a stranger but these circumstances were different. She explained that the gentlemen standing across the street had been chasing her and she was afraid but equally afraid to accept a ride from a stranger. He assured her he wouldn't hurt her with which she responded "I have a screw driver in my purse and if you touch me I'll stick it in your neck!" After a few seconds of uncomfortable passed he again reassured her that he was safe. She did receive a ride home safely and as she exited the car he said. "You need a new boyfriend!"
