헌혈을 해서 일상생활에 지장이 있다면, 하지 않는게 좋을 것 같아요 ㅠ
헌혈중에 성분헌혈은 피를 다시 돌려놓기 때문에 어지럽거나 그런게 덜 한거 같아요.ㅎㅎ
