HOW TO LOSE YOUR BODY FAT

01 - Get up early in the morning, drink lemon boil water
02 - 300-500 jumping with rope , walk 1 to 2 hours
03 - Dry meals can be eat in the morning meal
EXAMPLE : bread, biscuits or egg with green tea
04 - You will be able to eat fruit when you are hungry...
EXAMPLE : cucumber,mango, apple etc..
05 - The most important thing " do not lie at noon "
06 - At noon you can eat bread with vegetables, piece of meat or piece of
fish with bread
07 - At snacks you can eat eggs with bread
NOTE : never eat egg's yolk
08 - After some time if you hungry then you can eat any fruit, but cucumber
is good for cut fat
09 - At night eat 2 or 3 piece bread with piece of meat or piece of fish
10 - And go to sleep...
NOTE = which food you can't eat
1) don't take any types of junk food
2) don't take salt to much in your food
3) don't eat eggs yolk
4) don't drink milk or types of milky sweet
