Not Another Stay-At-Home-Mom...

I’m Anabelle and I’m a new kid on the Steemit block. About 24 hours old in fact. I’m here to connect and vibrate higher with only those who are free from corruption, destruction and the propensity to be envious of others who are genuinely creative, content and good-natured.

Just like many of you, my life is full of highlights. I’ve just managed to conveniently hesitate “sharing” with the world. Mostly because I’m terribly shy and although it’s fun to talk about yourself and your accomplishments, to do so daily is simply an exhausting condition for me. I’m here to blog honestly about the realities of being a wife and homeschool mom and then trying to finance all that it encompasses.

Some of the vital roles that I fill daily to get things done are that of a Personal Chef, A Certified Nutritionist, Charge Nurse, Early Learning and Elementary School Teacher, Executive Admin Assistant, Professional House Cleaner, Organizational Manager and Decorator, Party Planner, Grocery Delivery Service, Financial Planner, Advisory Council, Research Analyst and did I already say, Personal Chef? Yes, well can you believe that even in the age of information this all-encompassing role is still shit-labeled Stay-At-Home Mom. I cringe because it feels much more like the titles Governess, House Manager or Homefront Engineer. Now add up all that, subtract $180K yearly salary and I also work from home as a Transcriptionist. Which is my attempt to gain a true in-demand skillset that will make my work as a hands-on wife and mom, too legit to quit.
