Paint tool SAI is versatile and very easy to use for beginners. The stabilizer tool makes my lines smooth. I used this program with a XPPen Artist 16 2nd Generation ( https://www.xp-pen.com/product/1203.html ) graphic display for drawing. I would highly recommend it for anyone.
