How are you doing the black bars thing on your b roll? Is that you switching from phone to camera? 4:3 to 16:9?

The black bars are just a crop overlay on the video. So I add an adjustment layer over the video, add the effect "Crop" onto it and then bring them in to about 11% or so.

The weather has been beautiful here the last couple of days so I can’t complain. It was up to like 63 degrees F today! That’s amazing really and we don’t get many of these haha.
