Ingredients
2 bunch of parsley
3 medium tomatoes
2 lemon juice
1 onion finely chopped
Few mint leaf
2 table spoon of olive oil
Quarter cup of cracked wheat
Salt, black peppers and cinnamon as desired.
Wash parsley and mint, then chop them finely. Place mixture in a mixing bowl. Chop the tomatoes and onions into small pieces and add them to the parsley mint mixture. Add salt, black peppers, cinnamon, lemon juice, cracked wheat and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients and let it stay for 25 minutes allowing cracked wheat to soften. Enjoy this very healthy salad!
