Seaweed is much more nutrient dense than any land vegetables. It is an excellent source of micro nutrients .Like many other vegetables, seaweed is low in calories. Eating seaweed benefits your health, because the marine vegetables provide a rich source of essential nutrients.

Ingredients:
Guso (seaweed)
Vinegar
Tomatoes
Ginger
Onion
Salt to taste
