Booking a call
When booking a meeting with an existing client or prospecting for a new one, ask for an exact amount of time (ex. 10 minutes, 60 minutes)--- Not: "around 5-10 minutes" or about "one hour". During the meeting when it's held, and you come close to reaching the end, ask for an additional, exact amount of time or rebook. This etiquette will show a high level of respect and it may lead to more meetings as well as future business.
