The Company Recently launched the iPhone X but is now sued for a reason by the Apple Users.
Apple is being sued for slowing down older iPhone. In one suit,Five Customers are Suing THE TECH GIANT calling Apple's Moves 'Deceptive,immoral and unethical'.The Lawsuit alleges Apple's update slowed down products just to force Consumers to Buy new iPHONES.DQmTddkaYLhWtExyykiban566y2qz1AGJJ1ZwjDeYZebpwN.png
In an another suit,two customers say Apple Didn't ask Users for permission to move forward on this update.
Apple claims they're not trying to force you to upgrade and that slowdown was to fix an issue with phones since they have old lithium Ion Batteries.The older batteries cant provide as much power as newer ones which can shut phones down suddenly.
