I like staying at home and trying different recipes for food. This time I used salmon as my main food. I never put salt on top of salmon because it makes the salmon tastes less healthier. I love eating healthy like natural food. I try not to put salt or sweets such as sugars. Natural food is always better.
I put little bit of garlic when I roast the salmon. Salmon has oils by itself, so I did not use any oi and only used garlic. Garlic smells wonderful and sweet when they are roasted.
Chicken breast is also good got health because they have low calories but high in protein. I also roasted the chicken breast not too much, when it becomes little brown. they are good to go. The fresh vegetables are very good with salmon and chicken breast.
Dining outside is exciting but sometimes, I feel the food is greasy and oily. Yet, certainty sushi is better.
If you are tired of eating the same food, try sushi and feel the fresh ;)
