Orange Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 oranges
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Preparation:
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, crushed garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and add it to the mixture.
Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and let them sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking: Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Place the marinated salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, you can add fresh thyme or rosemary on top of the salmon.
Serving:
Serve the orange salmon hot. You can accompany it with steamed vegetables or rice.
