Hoy traigo 2 mascarillas para el cuidado de tus manos, en esta oportunidad serán 2 para manos secas.
*Mascarilla para manos secas:
125 ml. de gel de Aloe Vera.
250 ml. aceite de albaricoque.
12 ml. aceite de coco.
30 gr. cera de abeja rapada.
Para hidratar tus manos secas:
Calienta a baño María el aceite, el aceite de coco y la cera de abeja.
Deja enfriar y agrega el gel de Aloe Vera y la vitamina E.
Mezcla, conserva en la nevera y aplicala después de cada lavada de manos.
También puedes hidratarlas con los siguientes ingredientes:
1 aguacate.
6 cucharas soperas de Avena.
60ml. Aceite de almendras.
60 ml. Agua.
Muele la pulpa de un aguacate bien maduro.
Mezcla con la avena, el aceite de almendras y agrega agua hasta obtener la consistencia de crema.
Aplicala dos veces al día.
Y si tienes las manos muy secas, debes proteger tus manos con una buena crema a base de extractos vegetales o un gel de caléndula; y utilizar guantes de protección al realizar las labores del hogar.
