Another baking hot day for the white fluffies, so I have made Solomon a damp towel to lay on and also I am keeping the decking path cool as it heats up real good and can burn his paws.
He wants to be in the garden in the shade, so this damp towel just helps cool his belly and paws.
This composite decking burns my feet, so it must be worse for the animals so I just watered it down every hour or so.
Its around 98F in the middle of the day, which is rare for England (I prefer Fahrenheit but thats equal to 36C).
The humidity certainly felt higher than 27%, especially when going to bed at night.
Thank God we got air conditioning installed in the bedroom, its worth it for the 2 - 3 months of muggy air we get in the UK Summer!
He does go around his friends house to use the paddling pool also.

Your fur baby is cute! You might try a rug over the composite to protect this baby's paws. But the water is a good way to lower the temperature in a hurry!

Thank you, and yeah he tends to steer clear of the pathway, but I keep it cool regardless. Thanks for the tip though, I may do that when he has his friends over this weekend :-)
